The operate phase focuses on monitoring and providing service. Our asset managers are continuously engaged in optimizing the use of the installation in question. They coordinate maintenance, develop strategic maintenance plans, and ensure that any issues are resolved. While much of their work can be monitored remotely from their laptops, they also frequently need to visit the site to keep the system running efficiently and to optimize energy consumption.

Contact with customers doesn’t end once the project is completed. As a contract manager, you also handle relationship management throughout the duration of the contract. This involves exceeding expectations and effectively communicating with the customer about any changes or adjustments.
