A better work-life balance
"As a mother of three young children, I find hybrid working a breath of fresh air. In the mornings, I drop the kids off at school and daycare, then either work from home or head to the office. When I work from home, I try to take a walk during lunch, with music in my ears or listening to a podcast. By managing the 24 hours in a day wisely, our family now enjoys even more quality time together. Work and personal life are now better balanced." Melanie
Less commuting, more exercise
"The time I used to spend driving to and from the office, I now prefer to invest in my health. As an avid runner, I increasingly choose to go for a run between meetings on the days I work from home. It’s a great way to step away from the screen and get some fresh air.
For me, flexible working has taken on an extra dimension since the arrival of my granddaughter, who lives in Spain. I take my laptop with me, and all I need to work is a good Wi-Fi connection. It’s the perfect combination of flexible working and watching her grow up under the Spanish sun." Paul
More freedom in my work
"At the office, at home, in a lunch café, or at my mom’s kitchen table? I love having the freedom to decide where and when I do my work. It makes my day much more varied and stimulates my creativity. Of course, as a team, we make agreements so we know when we’re available and ensure we plan days together in the office. Being at home every day or in the office every day wouldn’t suit me. It’s the combination that works best!" Regilio
