This time, it's Kimberley Voigt who is thanking Natalia Szymanska for her new role as Operational Procurement Support.How do you know each other?Natalia: "Kimberley and I both worked at VDL AEC MARITIME. I was the team leader of the Electrical and Automation department at the time, and Kimberley was our Office Manager and later a Resource Planner. We stayed in touch and kept each other updated on our career ups and downs."
What are your roles at Essent?Natalia: "As a Product Owner, I am responsible for optimizing our customer acquisition and retention channels. Behind the scenes of our website, my team and I ensure a seamless application flow. This way, we can correctly process every order and contract. Currently, I’m working on strategic architecture and cost reduction, and contributing to increasing the scalability and flexibility within the organization."
Kimberley: "In my role as Operational Procurement Support, I assist the procurement team, the business, and suppliers with operational procurement issues and questions about processes and systems. Right now, I’m exploring the organization, procedures, systems, and colleagues. I’m discovering and learning a lot, with great guidance and support from the team."

Why did you think of Kimberley for this vacancy?
