As an energy technician, you visit our customers’ homes every day. You install solar panels, EV charging stations, heat pumps, and air conditioning units, insulate cavity walls, and perform maintenance on central heating boilers. Your technical skills mean you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty. Don’t have all the knowledge yet? No problem. You can also train with us to become a technician!

Working in your region

As an energy technician, you can always work in your own region, as our installation and advisory companies are spread throughout the Netherlands. From Groningen to Maastricht, and from Rotterdam to Enschede.

Technician training program

Are you not yet a technician, but would you like to become one? You can. As a career switcher, we train you in just 18 weeks to become an installation technician or a service- and maintenance technician.

Our training programs focus on practical skills and technical knowledge and are suitable for anyone who wants to retrain and advance in the technical field. You will have the opportunity to learn at our mPower Career Center from experienced professionals who, in collaboration with ROC Koning Willem I College, will train and guide you in practice.

In a short time, you will gain a lot of experience and earn your certifications. After this intensive program, you will be ready to work independently. And the best part? You will receive a salary from day one, and we will pay for your training.
