• Design and implement identity and access policies using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Manage and optimize Conditional Access policies, authentication methods, and identity protection settings.
• Support integration of enterprise applications with Entra ID using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Automate identity lifecycle processes using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot identity-related issues and provide technical support to platform users.
• Stay current with Microsoft Entra roadmap and best practices.

• Proven experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure Active Directory, including design, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph API, and automation of identity lifecycle processes.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, including setting up and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and implementing Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Familiarity with RBAC policies, including privileged access configurations and troubleshooting across services like Defender XDR, Intune, and Exchange.
• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and compliance standards.
• Agile mindset with hands-on experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and KANBAN.
• Strong problem-solving skills, structured work approach, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate) are advantageous.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
