Scrum Master IT

Join Us as a Scrum Master and Help Shape the Future of Energy! The role focuses on fostering a strong culture within the team and Agile Release Train (ART) that delivers Flexible and Smart Energy Management solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate possesses technical awareness in areas such as Lifecycle Management, Security, Quality, Non-Functional Requirements, Technical Debt, Compliance, and Audits.

As a Scrum Master IT, you will be an essential expert in enhancing cooperation within our DevOps teams and across multiple teams to manage dependencies effectively. This role is essential for driving quality and performance in a collaborative, agile environment. Your key responsibilities are:

  • Promoting the integration of quality into user stories and features, ensuring it is a fundamental part of the team's workflow.
  • Facilitating outcome-oriented discussions around performance metrics with teams and stakeholders to encourage accountability for improvements.
  • Supporting the team (Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Engineers) in embedding quality practices into daily operations.
  •  Utilizing Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and collaborative modeling techniques to engage the right stakeholders and assist developers in software modeling sessions.
  • Cultivating a generative culture within the team and ART that fosters collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic level.
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in an agile software engineering environment.
