• Managing and coordinating projects from proposal to completion, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Serving as the Scrum Master for our development team, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and maximising team productivity.
• Facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective sessions.
• Collaborating with clients to understand and communicate project goals, scope, and requirements.
• Reporting on project progress and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager and / or Scrum Master. Experience working within an Agency is a big plus.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, preferably certified as a Scrum Master.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively negotiate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing software development projects is a plus.
• Results-oriented, driven, and capable of performing under pressure.
• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
