The energy transition requires time and focus in our work. That is only possible with colleagues who are metal and physically healthy. We pay attention to the health of our colleagues. With events, (online) training and coaches that deal with healthy food, exercise and relaxation. In addition, fresh fruit is available in every department, colleagues regularly go for a 'lunch walk' and there are opportunities to exercise together after working hours, for example training for the Vestingloop.

Essent Business System

The name says it all: Essent Business System, or EBS. This way of working means that we put the customer first in everything we do and that we continuously improve. The EBS house with the customer at its heart and the 4 principles connect, deliver, improve and enable help us with this. Within Essent we work according to this system throughout the entire organisation. Are you not yet familiar with working according to EBS? No problem. As a new Essenter, you will be offered online training to help you get started. Do you want to delve into it more? Then you can obtain your Green Belt and Black Belt through our certified trainers.
