The energy transition requires time and focus in our work. That is only possible with colleagues who are metal and physically healthy. We pay attention to the health of our colleagues. With events, (online) training and coaches that deal with healthy food, exercise and relaxation. In addition, fresh fruit is available in every department, colleagues regularly go for a 'lunch walk' and there are opportunities to exercise together after working hours, for example training for the Vestingloop.

We help our customers with the next step in the energy transition. Good cooperation is important, which is why at Essent we work according to EBS (Essent Business System): the foundation of our strategy. EBS stands for one way of working, with room for customization. There are 4 principles: Connect, Enable, Deliver and Improve, supported in implementation by various practices and tools.
